Delete your account

You can permanently delete your birb account and its data at any time, with or without the App.

In the App (fastest)

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to re-enter your password (or re-confirm your Google sign-in), then the account and its cloud data are deleted immediately.

Without the App

Email support@esgameworks.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my birb account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email and display name).
• All game progress: discoveries, quests, items, feathers, season pass state, and aviary.
• Public map sightings and their photos.
• Messages you sent, friendships, and other social records.
• Pro media backups (photos and song recordings).

What may be retained

• Safety reports may be retained in de-identified form so moderation decisions and abuse patterns remain auditable. They are no longer linked to you.
• Feedback already delivered to our support inbox may be retained as needed to resolve the request; contact us if you want a support message removed.
• Photos, recordings, and progress stored only on your device are yours and stay on the device until you uninstall the App.
